Location
Hotel Neboder is located on a small elevation on the east side of the Rijeka centre and it is visible from almost any spot in the centre. The access by car may be difficult to a certain extent due to the traffic regulation. If arriving from the Rijeka centre (i.e. from the west), one needs to drive towards the eastern exit from the city (direction for Pećine and Split), keeping in left lane of this one-way street. After the building of the Hotel Neboder is passed (seen from the left), a sharp turn has to be made to the left, which will lead the driver back to the centre through the Strossmayer’s Street. The building will be visible, this time on the right hand side.
